Ski-in/out vacation rental 3/13rd/2026- 3/20/2026 for 2BR = (master + studio) Breckenridge, Colorado
We have our 2 beds 2 bath timeshare for the spring break week and will not be able to use it this time. It is a one-bedroom master suite plus the lock-off studio, which is perfect for a family or small group (sleep 8). NO TIMESHARE PRESENTATION! THIS BOOKING IS NOT REFUNDABLE IF CANCEL WITHIN 60 DAYS OF CHECKIN.
The master suite has a full size living area, a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, granite counter tops, gas fireplace, a private deck with stunning views, master bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, washer/dryer and TV/DVD players.
******The 2BR = a 1BR(master) and studio put together with a door between them.**********
The studio is perfect for the kids or another couple. Studio residences are well equipped with a kitchenette including a mini refrigerator, microwave oven, two-burner stove, and even a mini-dishwasher. Enjoy all of the conveniences of being at home while taking advantage of a 24 hour front desk and all of the amenities Grand Timber Lodge has to offer. Grand Timber Lodge studio residences feature a queen bed, a comfortable sleeper sofa, and one full bathroom, allowing up to four guests.

Below is the description from the resort along with their guidelines for this rental: "Grand Timber Lodge is a family-friendly luxury resort. It has an on-site ski rental and concierge in addition to helpful activities coordinators. It is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, health clubs, skiing, sledding, ice skating and snowmobiling - plenty of activities for everyone. You will have one parking space in the heated underground parking and elevator access to all units. Check out the group events throughout the week that include guided ski tours, snowshoeing, snowmobiling and all the great pubs and eateries in Breck.
Any non-skiers in the group, that's OK, Breckenridge has lots of shopping and great restaurants, or make a reservation at the onsite Refresh Massage Studio for a massage.
Skiing Out to Peak 8:
Simply walk down the driveway of the resort to the Grand Timber Lodge sign in front of Building 1, cross the street, step into your bindings and ski a short distance down to the Snowflake Chairlift! This lift will take you to the top of some beginner runs on Peak 8, where you can easily ski down to four lifts including the Colorado and Rocky Mountain SuperChairs.
Skiing Out to Peak 9:
Walk to the south end of Building 5, right by Christy Sports, put on your skis, ski 50 yards, take off your skis and walk 140 paces to the Beaver Run SuperChair. This chairlift will take you to the top of Peak 9, giving you access to all of the trails there as well as a quick way to get to the Falcon SuperChair on Peak 10."

You will be required to present a credit card for damage deposit and incidentals at check-in. You are responsible for any damages to unit, telephone connection fees, long distance charges, personal charges, and applicable amenities usage or upgraded housekeeping fees. Skis and snowboards are not allowed in the rooms. Pets are not allowed. This is a non smoking resort. Once payment is received, Grand Timber Lodge will be notified that you will be using this week and they will reissue the reservation for use with your name and details.

"Driving? GTL has free heated underground parking. Flying? You don't need a car. Utilize one of the shuttle services from DIA airport to drop you at Grand Timber (call for pricing). Once you're at Grand Timber, the free resort shuttle will take you into town for great shopping and restaurants, then pick you up, door to door.
The lodge has 2 amazing indoor/outdoor pools and multiple hot tubs to enjoy after a day of skiing. The hot tubs are outside, so bring a warm robe and flip flops to get you back and forth to your room. For lunch or dinner, the onsite restaurant has great food and drinks. Activities desk and Concierge will help you plan your fun. Arcade for the kids. Two exercise rooms, but you won't ever use them.

The rooms, kitchen and bathrooms were clean. Check in and out was fast. The property itself is also very clean and well maintained. Pools and hot tubs are big with plenty of space for everyone. Rentals at Christy Sports were very convenient, too. We had a great time!
