everything was great on your part. But next door they would start remodeling ever morning at 8.00 and that would wake us up.They would hammer ever day till 5.00pm.

Condo was as described in the photos, well furnished, and well appointed kitchen. Mid May to memorial day was our time. Key was not crowded and we usually had the pool to ourselves. Discovered that the door cannot be pulled shut too tight or the electronic lock will not engage. Also a little blip with getting a parking tag. Called the parking monitor the first evening got voicemail, but could not leave a message as the box was full. Next day have a rather curt note on the windshield that car will be towed unless have a tag. No name or contact number on the note. Just feel this could have been handled better. Would definitely rent this unit again.

This was our third year staying at this property. We had a fantastic time and can't wait to return next year, if not sooner. You are in walking distance to restaurants and bars. The condo has everything you need, to make you feel that you are in your own home. Mak is extremely attentive. We sincerely enjoyed our stay again this year and highly recommend it. The location of the condo could not be better. Perched right on the beach, the gulf views were amazing and the sunsets were stunning. Don’t want to get sandy? Just slide open the glass panels on the lanai to open the entire wall to the sights and sounds of the beach. It’s a great place to start your morning or have an evening toast. The entire condo has been freshly appointed with everything you need for a great stay. While the island does have multiple restaurants, we enjoyed making our own meals in the well stocked kitchen and on the gas grill just a short walk down the stairs. The kids enjoyed the heated pool which is good sized with a depth from 3’ to 7’. The hot tub was also nice on days when the sun refused to cooperate. We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks here and can’t wait to return.
