Our friends stayed downstairs and it was the perfect set up.

This unit was absolutely perfect for a wedding weekend trip. We walked to lunch and breakfast and enjoyed everything about this stay. Our group was in the area to join a local trail race at Lake Sonoma. We all loved the location, how quiet it was, and how well kept it was. Very clean, great communication with our thoughtful host, and close to a sweet little town with lots of charm.

This is a sweet two bedroom unit in a prime location in Cloverdale. It's got a fully stocked kitchen and a comfortable living room. It's around the corner from a great coffee shop (Plank) and a couple blocks from an excellent brewpub (Wolf House). Lindsey was super accommodating in allowing us into the unit early so we could leisurely dress for a 4 o'clock wedding at Mountain House Estate.

The rental was quietly located, but walking distance to the downtown restaurants and groceries. This was a great place to start exploring from. We loved having the windows open without fear of traffic noises. Access was personal and convenient, though may not be suited to some disabilities, being on the second floor. The entire flat was clean and well kept. Amenities were well stocked and accessible. Hot weather may make it harder to cool if the thermometer hits triple digits. Off season would be ideal.

This place was adorable. Lindsey had great communication and even left a bottle of wine for us to enjoy. The property is centrally located to shops and restaurants in this seemingly safe little town. We were even able to get some laundry done with the provided detergent. The beds were extremely comfortable. Only caution I would share is to make sure you park under the awning because the tree at the end will drop sap all over vehicle. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Very nice stay even though we were only there one night. We are planning a longer stay in August so this was a great dry run to see what kinds of things we might bring. One thing we did run into were the batteries on one of the TV remotes was dead. This seems to be a common VRBO theme no matter how nice the place. Remotes of any kind fireplaces, TV's you name it tend to have dead batteries. Good idea to bring your own stash of AAA & AA batteries to deal with it.

We were pleasantly surprised by how clean and updated this unit is! So comfortable, and everything you would need. Especially appreciated the laundry room, as we arrived after five days on the coast and no access to laundry where we stayed. We only spent one night. If you find yourself in Cloverdale this would be my go-to spot to stay! Also recommend Plank Coffee downtown. Great breakfast menu, all coffee drinks and adorable ambience, with seating inside or outside.
