There is gated/covered parking for 1 car. This vacation home is fitted with a flat-screen TV in the living room. The Miami International Airport is 10 miles away and Fort Lauderdale Airport is 15 miles away .

The check in process was more complicated then it needed to be. There was a contacted that needed to be signed before the lock code could be used which wasn't mentioned when reserving the property. The house needs some upgrades. The kitchen counter was cracking and peeling. There was shelves and doors missing on the cabinet. The fact that the property manager text and said the cleaning people just left. The stove, counter and floors was dirty. 2 parking space are advertised which I was excited about because we rented 2 cars for the 6 of us, but in- fact only one of the space could be used because a old car that had things growing in it, and cats living under it was in the second parking spaces. Which left my daughter and her boyfriend parking on the street. The yard was overgrown and some of bushes and trees needed some TLC. None of the TV's throughout the house worked. The signal went in and out. I contacted the property manager about it and we went back and forth he gave different reasons for the TV's not working. After the 3 days, I just gave up. The furniture is just as advertised. The main bathroom was nice. The second bathroom was small. My son, his father and my daughter's boyfriend are all 6'4 and taller and neither one of them could fit in the second bath shower. The rental allowed us to be in the same space and enjoy each other but that was it.There was a lot of nice places to eat nearby and in walking distance. It was central located, so everything we did during our trip was within an hour drive from the house. The neighborhood was ok for us, but it might be a little to much for some who are use to a upper-middle class to upper class neighborhood. While this property was not all bad. For the price we paid everyone agreed we would have much rather got 2 hotel rooms. It was not worth the the rate he is charging. This was my son graduation trip. And it was a small disappointed in a other wise great and fun trip.
