About this house rental
Welcome NON-SMOKERS ONLY! SeaGullible is a custom built, smoke-free property located directly across the street from the ocean. Beach access is directly across the street. All five bedrooms have their own private bath. There are 2 large covered front decks with porch swings and rockers so you can enjoy the beautiful ocean and sunset views. You will find a large pool and deck area with umbrellas, seating and loungers. There are also 2 full covered decks located on the rear of the home overlooking the pool. A large kitchen fully equipped with cooking essentials. Home has a residential elevator to help with the assistance of carrying luggage between floors and a downstairs foyer area with desk and chair. A stackable washer and dryer located in the master suite bathroom and a full capacity washer/dryer located on the 2nd floor.
Weekly Rentals include Bed Linens and Bath Towels. Cornhole and gas grill provided.
Please note: If any smoking/vaping occurs during your stay an additional minimum fee of $750 will be deducted against your damage deposit and will result in a poor review. This includes any discovery of smoke odor. NO smoking allowed on the premises.
No pets allowed.

The house was stunning - inside and out. The owner was fantastic. Answered any inquiries immediately. Gave us tips for restaurants while there and on the trip in. We had issues with the elevator but it was USER ERROR! Not elevator problems and they were very patient and walked us through how to fix it. We’ve been doing summer trips in July for ten years between Florida and NC and we all agreed this was the best overall experience we’ve had!

This home is as beautiful as the pictures imply - great location, clean, great communication with owner and directly across from the Ocean. We enjoyed the pool and spending a lot of time on the shaded porches just watching the ocean and many pelicans- I would recommend this home to anyone

This property is impressive to say the least. Amenities are abundant and the pool was awesome. The beach access being directly across the street made for easy walks in the evening. The owners were only a text or call away when any questions arose. We look forward to returning in the future.
