About this villa rental
This 14-bedroom, 15-bathroom complex is located in Sosua (Puerto Plata province - Dominican Republic), and has a size of approximately 13000 sq. ft. The residence has a private pool, is walking distance to the beach and is steps from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.)
The complex consists of two nearby villas, one with 8 bedrooms and one with 6 bedrooms: each villa has its own garden/pool, and separate entrances for added privacy. Main features include:
- Fully furnished and equipped: all linen and towels are provided, along with a starter kit of consumables (soap, water, toilet paper etc.)
- Cable television
- Fast internet
- All bedrooms have AC and private en-suite bathrooms
- Smart speakers throughout the Villa, perfect for parties!

- Backup generator for uninterrupted power supply
- Breakfast and meals can be arranged upon request (and delivered in your room)

A few house rules:
- The residence is guest-friendly (you can invite anybody without any additional fee - respecting the maximum overnight capacity of 2 adults per bedroom).
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is only allowed in the outside areas.
- Proof of identity and refundable security deposit required by residence.
- Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (if you arrive outside office hours, a prior arrangement is required, and an additional fee may apply).
The daily rental rate includes absolutely all charges (also electricity). Housekeeping is also included, and other optional services (such as chef, driver, car rental etc.) can be organized as per your requirements.
