Located on nearly an acre and just 50 feet from a serene freshwater lake, our home is built for fun, relaxation, and making lasting memories.

The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, ideal for group meals and entertaining. A newly finished basement features a ping pong table, arcade games (Ms. Pac-Man, basketball), foosball, karaoke, TV, board games, and a poker table. The ground-floor laundry room includes ski/snowboard racks and direct access from the driveway. Enjoy blazing-fast Wi-Fi, TVs with Apple TV and/or Chromecast (no cable), central heat & A/C, cozy new beds, and updated bathrooms to ensure a relaxing, and comfortable stay.
[ OUTSIDE ]
Unwind in our 6-person hot tub, roast marshmallows over the fire pit, or explore the lake with 3 provided kayaks (2 singles, 1 tandem). Dine al fresco with a propane grill, picnic table, and nearly 1,000 sq ft of outdoor patio space. Firewood, propane, and life vests (child and adult sizes) are provided. Fishing (catch & release) is allowed—just bring your own fishing gear.
[ GATED COMMUNITY ]
Located within the private gated community of Penn Estates in East Stroudsburg, you'll have FREE seasonal access to the following shared amenities: pools, tennis, volleyball and basketball courts, and the open field and picnic areas.
*Check-in is after 4pm with 24 hr. gate access
*Pool access is limited to 10 guests and open Memorial Day–Labor Day weekends ONLY.

Our research team spent 3 nights here and it was absolutely perfect. Enough space and the house had a great layout so people weren't on top of each other. The kitchen and living spaces were also large enough for our big group to convene together. It was also really nice to have the back deck and outdoor spaces for our breaks. Everything was super clean and easy to use. There was a little power outage on the 1st day but we were able to get in touch with Nick very quickly and he was so helpful throughout the stay. We look forward to coming back!

House and property were great. Owner was responsive quickly when gate issue arose. House was big, comfortable and the whole crew sidnt want to leave.

House was perfect for a weekend getaway of 8 friends. The deck overlooking the lake is just lovely, living room is big enough for all, huge kitchen/dining space makes it a pleasure to cook together. Our only request would be to add a few more coffee cups. Special shout out to property manager Nick for being so attentive and helpful in all communication!

Overall it was a good stay. By the lake, in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by nature (loads of deer) and the home was cozy. We really enjoyed making large meals in the kitchen, using the hot tub and game night in the living room. Getting to the house was a little complicated as it's in a gated community and many people were also visiting, so the line to enter is fairly long. Just make sure to read the email from the host prior to your arrival. For the amount we paid, I think the home could've been cleaner. There were dirty towels and dirty cookware which wasn't ideal. The garage/basement area had a pool but it was full of outdoor equipment and it would've been amazing if it was cleaned out and filled. We would've loved that- especially as the listing clearly says 'private pool'- the other pool is a community pool which seems to get pretty busy. There were kayaks by the lake but you really wouldn't want to use them- they were in really bad shape and the edge of the lake didn't seem clean to get in and out of the water. There were more kayaking options in the garage. It was a shame to not kayak as we were most excited about this part of the listing. The outdoor area in general does not seem maintained. The listing makes it look more clean and accesible- however the hot tub was kept in good condition. Finally, the main floor has 3 rooms and the rooms in the basement were uncomfortable and apparently is was extremely cold.
