About this house rental
The ASSEMBLY HOUSE - This wooded, mansion hide-a way is minutes to southern local major, eateries, bars & restaurants activities!! 3 miles from the Conv. Ctr./Airport/Metro & 9 miles to the Atlanta skyline: perfect for large families: 8 sleeping areas and 12 beds. Complimentary pick-up for 6. inquire about special pricing for chef, private transportation excursions, & catering. Parties and events are not allowed.
The space
The ASSEMBLY HOUSE: secluded and nestled on a 2 acre wooded lot surrounded by acres of future vineyards and developments. Lawn activities can be viewed from your room/terrace. Three deck levels overlook the back wooded areas. 6 of the 8 sleeping areas features a private balcony with 6.5 bathrooms. Bedrooms not booked will be locked off to maintain low cost for smaller families:
Enjoy two dens, a recreational area, a large open kitchen with table that seats 6 and a formal dinning room that seats 12. Wifi, BBQ grill, parking, and continental breakfast
Services:
Catering from private services or local restaurants can be arranged. Enjoy your meals on any deck you choose, served buffet in professional chafing dish with service ware. Wait staff and/or daily House Assistant can be provided upon request. Transportation services from the airport for up to 6 registered guest. Excursions to Six Flags (3 miles away), Winery tours (North Georgia 1.5 hours), or any local event in the Atlanta area can also be arranged.

Large Guests bookings have access to the entire home, balconies, land. Small booking can book a portion of the home if desired

This house is wonderfully nestled in a very private area. The house is absolutely fabulous!! The rooms are all a great size and have personal touches. We definitely felt we were in a home space and not in a sterile hotel.
The host was fabulous. She checked on us upon arrival and again after we had time to settle in. We wanted a special weekend and she was very knowledgeable about Atlanta and other place where we enjoyed pampering, great meals and wonderful evening experiences.
