This off the beaten path Hillside Haven offers the amenities of a hotel, while hosting 8+ of you and your friends and family on over a half-acre of serene mountain land. You'll feel right at home with comfortable beds, leather couches, and an overall homey feel. 4 bedrooms - 1 king, 1 queen, 1 room with 2 doubles, and a bunk room with trundle will easily sleep 8+ people. Check out Hillside Hideaway to add a 400 square foot lock-off with 2 queen beds, 3/4 bath with walk in shower, and full kitchenette to your stay! The whole property will comfortably support up to 14 people with no pull outs or air mattresses. Bring the whole family for an awesome mountain getaway!
Located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from Keystone, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain! Enjoy views of Dillon Reservoir and a quick drive to Frisco Bay Marina for some paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, or relaxing on the beach. Frisco Adventure Park is easily accessible with a bike park, skate park, and disc golf course in the summer, and one of the best tubing hills around in the winter!
Summit County Recreational Pathway is only a few hundred feet away for biking access throughout all of Summit County.
In the summer, sit out on the back deck or the front porch and enjoy a beautiful mountain sunset and the cool afternoon air. In the winter, enjoy cross-country skiing and snowshoeing right around the neighborhood.
Amenities include high speed internet, ROKU and Netflix account for those rainy or snowy days, an on site washer and dryer, a full kitchen, a gas fireplace, 2 living rooms, a dining table for up to 12, toiletries, a propane grill, an outdoor firepit, wrap-around deck, and more!
You'll feel like you're right at home here, except for the fresh mountain air, the quiet serenity of a single family home outside the main cities, and views to die for!

This studio apartment is attached to the main house with a separate entrance, but can be combined with the main house if desired. We do rent out the apartment and so there may be people there during your stay. There are no shared spaces and each has its own lock and separate entrance.
There are 3 parking spots available.
Please note, our well is dry so we truck in 1,000 gallons of water a week. Please conserve water as much as possible so we do not run out.
*Cleaning: if you plan to check out on Christmas day, Thanksgiving day, or Easter day, the cleaning fee will be 1.5x its typical amount. This will be charged after booking.

It was spacious and very clean. Jess was very accommodating, we had a guest have a very early flight and she let him check in early, so he could ski a half day. We had a great time and would stay here again.

This place is excellent and central to all the ski resorts, making it easy to plan and get around. The property is lovely, and Jess was a great host.

The house and location couldn't have been better.
Great cozy house with plenty of space to accommodate two families with kids. Enjoyed the indoors and outdoors as well.
Surrounded by nature and in a great neighborhood. Visited by deer, humming birds and a double rainbow 😊.
Close proximity to both Frisco and Breckenridge.
Awesome trails in the area as well with great views, enjoyed the waterfalls and mountain lakes in particular.
