About this house rental

This home is located just North of Bremerton, in the heart of Silverdale overlooking Dyes Inlet, the Cascade Mountains and a stunning view of Mt Rainier. Only a couple of minutes to Hwy 3, which will take you up the Kitsap Peninsula or down towards Gig Harbor and the Tacoma area.

Very spacious 4 bedroom 3 bath home. New Kitchen, with Induction cooking and Quartz counters. Fully stocked with all the basic necessities. New Master bath with huge walk in shower and large closet. There is a bonus room downstairs as well. New 65" tv mounted over the fireplace upstairs with basic cable and streaming capabilities with high speed internet in the home.
You will have a very relaxed stay in this quiet neighborhood, close to all shopping in Silverdale.
PSNS, Bangor and the new ST Michael Hospital are close as well.

This house is beautiful with amazing views, and is very clean. The neighborhood is very quiet, and conviently located close to stores, restaurants, parks, and a short drive to the ferry for Seattle. The house was stocked with essentials (toilet paper, paper towels) for several days, has a washer and a dryer, dishwasher, ice maker, and a fooseball table in the garage. One of the closets has kids games, which was great for us.

The owner was excellent at communicating and was flexible for our needs. Beautiful views of the bay, as well as Mt. Rainier. The home was furnished with everything we needed. It was perfect for our four night stay in Silverdale.

I stayed at this property, along with three co-workers, for training in the area. Randi was responsive to all messages, and went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. The property was more than adequate for the four of us to use as a home base for our training time. I will definitely be keeping this place in mind if/when I return to the area for any reason.

We were in the area for a little league tournament. This house was perfect for our needs. Very clean and quiet. Great views. Close to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and the highway. And with 3 bathrooms it was easy getting everyone ready to go in the morning.

Randy is an amazing host! His home is lovely and everything comfy and clean. I don’t usually sleep well when traveling, but I did here. Comfy beds and linens, and a living room that’s cozy for sitting to chat or watch a movie. Bonus! He even helped us get a neighborhood babysitter so all of our adults could go to a graduation! Can’t wait to come back! Thank you, Randy!

Honestly i have mixed feelings about leaving a positive review because I want this house available, for us, every time i come to washington. We came out to visit our son and had an awful time at the vrbo we had rented. After 2 days of roughing it out there I went online to book a new rental. We had a party of 6 people. 5 adults and 1 teen. The host was super accommodating with our last minute booking. The change turned our vacation around. The house is spacious. Beds were comfortable. Shopping and restaurants were close by. House is in a very quiet neighborhood. The views are to die for. We would have been happy just staying at the house our entire vacation. Beautiful view of the inlet. And on clear days there is an amazing view of Mt Rainer. The house is stocked with everything you might need. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The host is delightful and we look forward to renting from him again. If you are a runner there is a nice park called Clear Creek Trail. We were able to do a 3 mile run every day. Parking was at the Rotary Park. We hope every family enjoys their stay here as much as we did. Thank you Randy!

Had a lovely restful experience while staying at this home. We were in town for a graduation celebration and needed accommodations for a several family members. Most of our time was spent elsewhere but when the festivities died down each night we enjoyed being together and getting a good nights rest. Owner, Randy was very helpful and answered any questions quickly. Highly recommend this home and owner.

3 families stayed here for the Christmas weekend. It was clean, great view and location, and plenty of room for kids to play. An extra nice touch was a Christmas tree in the living room! Would stay there again!

We stayed at this lovely property in late July. It was our first visit to the area and everything exceeded our expectations. The property is in a quiet neighborhood, one way in and one way out. It was modern and very clean. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. The view of Mt. Rainer was one of our favorite things. Highly recommend this property. Side notes: Location is not within walking distance to stores or restaurants but the highway, Naval bases and Silverdale are a couple miles away. There are 3 National Parks within 2-3 hour drive and we visited all of them. There is so much to do and see in this part of world - we will be back!

We rented this house for a reunion with my brothers. The views from the master, kitchen, and living room were absolutely stunning. The house was spacious, clean, and well stocked with everything we needed to make delicious meals together. We have little kids and really appreciated that the house did not have cluttery decor, it was kid proof on arrival!! Lots of great spaces for making memories. We hope to rent this house for our reunion again next year!
