Large private pool, shaded dining for 8, fully equipped kitchen, and a concierge who handles everything from surf lessons to private chefs. Your only job is to show up.
The Space:
The kitchen is fully equipped and features a stunning Guanacaste wood island. It includes a 5-burner cooktop and a breakfast bar that seats six, perfect for casual meals and gatherings.
The living area features a comfortable couch and loveseat, positioned to offer views of the beautiful garden and pool. This inviting space provides a serene setting for relaxation and enjoyment of the surrounding natural beauty.
Two comfortable bedrooms are conveniently located on the ground floor. Each room features a new queen-sized bed, ample closet space, and a shared bathroom.
On the second floor, the primary bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed and a private en-suite bathroom. Additionally, there is another bedroom with a queen-sized bed and its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.
The upper floor features a spacious lounge area, complete with a desk for remote work and cozy seating arrangements. This versatile space offers both comfort and functionality, perfect for relaxation or productivity.

The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was very happy with the location.

We enjoyed our stay. 6 adults. The house was clean, modern, and comfy. The location is close to restaurants and beach. The pool and yard has alot of shade, which can be good and bad, depending on the person. Howler monkeys, iguanas and squirels to watch, just hanging around. House keeping was not included but was not a problem. We washed towels and cleaned floors. The house did not have any cleaning products, only dish soap and dishwasher tablets. Beach Towels, and camping chairs were available. I would recommend staying here.

Overall we loved the house and it was true to the listing. That said, the downstairs beds are really hard and very uncomfortable.
We tried to checkin early but received no response from the property manager at all, even once it was time to check in. We never asked, or needed anything after that so don’t have further experience with contacting them.
Other than that, the place was great and it’s a beautiful house with nice, secure parking.

This property was misrepresented.definitely not a 4.7. More like a 3.2. pool and pool area were dirty.leaves and dust.Furniture by the pool were faded and stained.Inside it was dusty.Dirty on the top of the base trim.loked like it was quickly cleaned six months agogo and has been vacant since.Rooms were smaller than they looed in the oictures.beds were very hard and uncomfortable.We messaged the host to get the pool and pool area cleaned,but no response.last year we syayed at Potrero at a differt place,and it was a lot nicer.
