The second floor features 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathrooms along with a separate washer/dryer utility closet - stocked with detergent and dryer sheets.
The patio has a firepit, and comfortable furniture to ensure you enjoy a pleasant austin evening.

We can be flexible with check in and check out times as long as other travelers are not arriving or departing on the same days. We will confirm all requests 24 hours prior.

This was the perfect place for our extended family to spend a week together visiting the first of the new generation. Though the weather precluded us from enjoying the well-appointed back yard (no days were below 105), there was plenty of space for us to hang out inside together and plenty of private space (4 bedrooms). Great location near to everything but also quiet and peaceful.
There were enough dishes, glasses and eating utensils for our whole gang, and the kitchen was very well equipped for cooking. Having a few pantry items already in stock (coffee, butter, oil), was an added bonus.
The place was spotless, and there were plenty of big fluffy towels. Dispensers with soap/shampoo/body wash were another added bonus.
The decor is fun, the furniture is comfortable and there is a full laundry room. Laila very quickly responded to my few questions.
We absolutely enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this location.

Laila’s property was wonderful! Exactly what we needed for the weekend and accommodated our size group just fine! It’s close to directors, close to all the activities we were in town for and easy to get to.

Clean house, open living room, good location about 10 min drive from downtown, Rainey and 6th, 20 mins from airport. Limited options in walking.
Laila was easy to communicate with, received recommendations in the area and lock code info to get into the house without issue. Good house for a group of guys visiting for bachelor party.
