About this apartment rental
Beautifully renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in the Tennis Villas of Seascape Resort. This unit comfortably sleeps 6 guests, offers a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor entertaining space, offers a 6-passenger golf cart and is located just a short 3/4 mile from the beach. Enjoy all the luxuries of Seascape Resort including 5 pools, 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, private beach access and Seascape Town Center with nightlife, restaurants and family attractions.
Upon entering you`ll notice the spacious living room boasting ship lap ceilings and lots of seating.
The updated kitchen boasts granite countertops and all the conveniences of home as well as a breakfast bar for extra seating.
Down the hall you`ll find a master suite with king bed, walk-in closet and private en-suite bathroom. The adjacent guest room offers a bunk bed that will accommodate 6 guests with two twin beds and a double bed.
The outdoor patio area is perfect for grilling out, enjoying summer nights or outdoor games such as corn hole.

Seascape is located between Highway 98 and Scenic 98 in Miramar Beach. It`s location offers convenient access to the beach via the resort`s private beach access, is located just 3/4 mile from Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall and just 10-15 minutes from other local hot spots including the The Village of Baytowne, Destin Commons and Harborwalk Village.
Uber, Lyft and a variety of private transportation options are available in our area.
All properties carry a strict No Smoking policy. Smoking in this property could result in a $250 penalty fee assessed.

We were hesitant to book due to lack of recent reviews. So glad we decided to ‘risk it’. Home was clean, kitchen well stocked and just as pictured - which isn’t always the case. Location was perfect, we were there for music and the golf cart meant we didn’t have to walk back in the rain! Lots of good food close by. If you don’t want to rent a car, no need. Communication was quick and accurate with host. You should stay here, as long as it’s not when we want to stay next time.

We are Seascape owners who needed another unit for the week. Loved the updated space. Golf cart and outdoor shower were great bonuses! We will book again.
