Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Island Shores 252 was very clean on arrival. The scene from the balcony was beautiful. Everything worked as it should. The only small problem we had was figuring out the tv remote in the bedroom, but once we figured it out, my husband was a happy man!

This was perfect for us. It’s right on the beach and the right size for our family of 6. The only thing we had an issue with was the master bedroom needed better blinds and some curtains for better privacy. Other than that minor thing: perfect!!!

Loved the condo it was very clean but needed a few more towels. Loved looking at the beach on the balcony. Second time I've stayed at this condo.

We wanted a place on the beach. Basically, that’s all we got. The condo doesn’t have anything “extra”. We had one towel for each guest, one garbage bag in the kitchen, one travel size bar of soap, travel size shampoo and conditioner, one pan, one roll of paper towels… you get the idea. No coffee, no coffee filters, no salt, no pepper, no extras. You’ll need to go to the store if you want all that. You’re getting a great view and friendly “on point” security. We saw them often. A/C works great and the patio is a great feature.
Great location of restaurants, stores, and the beach.
Dishes were still in the washer from the last guest. Floors weren’t very well swept, as we found hair all over. Furniture and decor is very out dated.
Mattresses were comfy. Overall you’re paying for the location. Hotels give you more amenities. But we liked a less populated area.
