The host was very helpful and quick to respond. We rode in on motorcycles and he let me know ahead of time to be careful because part of the road had been graveled.The house was so nice and the beds were very comfy. We all enjoyed it! The view was also nice.

We were 4min from the water, might be 5 when the lake isn't 30ft higher than normal.The inside spaces are very functional. Kitchen setup allows you to cook almost anything. Living room is great for watching a show or two after a day on the water. The recliner was the chair everyone tried to call dibs on. The loft upstairs was an interesting space with its own bathroom, but may not be the best for light sleepers.The downstairs bedrooms were very comfortable, and the host got us a roll away so my girls could bunk together.Every level had a nice balcony or porch area with ceiling fans that made a great place to have your morning coffee or evening drink.We always bring too much and they way this rental was setup made us lookneven worse. We could have forgotten all or our toiletries, and still would have gotten through the week without going to the store. The kitchen cabinets had plenty of spices and leftover snacks we probably could have had a meal or two on the host if we hadn't already planned out a menu.

Our family had a wonderful trip to Bull Shoals. We've been going to the lake for years but this was our first time staying near Theodosia and the first time staying at this house. The location was incredibly convenient. Aaron was prompt with all communication. The house was surprisingly well stocked and felt very warm and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay there immensely and would love to return!

Aaron is a very gracious host, providing the necessities and more.
We had plenty of space to spread out, especially on the rain day. The kids had so much fun playing Foosball. The living room seating was a little tight, but doable, for watching a movie together.
GPS didn't find the address but a kind local pointed us in the right direction.
A wonderful place for lake vacations.
We definitely want to stay here again for our summer lake trips!
