3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Our house was nicely laid out with the master bedroom on one side and the other three bedrooms on the other side. The master bedroom was large and the bathroom had a very nice long counter with two sinks, an oval tub, and a very nice walk-in shower. The other three bedrooms had one bathroom with a tub with shower to share. In our case, my sister shared the master bathroom with me. The kitchen was adequately stocked for the most part but we did go out and buy a few things. There were no spices or dry food items in the cupboard. I was glad that I had YouTubeTV since we would not have been able to watch March Madness without loading it. It was nice to have a garage to use but somewhat inconvenient not having a garage door opener. The pool and area around the pool is somewhat small but it was adequate for us. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. We paid to have the pool heated. There were two days that the heater didn't work. After I contacted them, the heater was fixed and I was promised a credit for those two days, although I haven't seen it yet. They responded in a timely manner to a few other requests. Prior to our coming, I was impressed with the number of times they contacted us with information on our

Nice home with nice heated pool. However, there was no garage door remote to use . Therefore, each time we came home, I had to get out of the car, go into the house, come b, I had to get out of the, go into the house and open the garage door to pull the car into the garage. A remote is only 35. Please get one for the next renters.

Nice place that met our needs. Living room furniture and some mattresses need to be updated. Pool heater and filter not working properly.
