If heating the pool is desired you must notify us in advance of your stay and heating would be required for the entire stay. Recently installed a fence area around the patio that will require adult assistance to access to pool area for additional safety for small children. All children must be watched in the exterior of the home for their safety around pool.

NOTE: By booking this property, you agree to comply with City of Scottsdale Ordinance 4655 (the “Scottsdale Ordinance”) as of Jan 8, 2023. We also require a simple rental agreement and waiver release that needs to be signed by the renter prior to the stay that also covers the local requirements of our neighborhood HOA letting renters know of garbage schedules and quiet hours.
