About this apartment rental
Enjoy the entire walkout basement of this country home, with two bedrooms. A king size bed in one room, and a queen and bunk bed in the other room. It has a kitchen and laundry room, a grill and a hot tub on the back patio as well as a fire pit in the yard. We are centrally located under an hour from 8 (free!) state parks, 18 golf courses with 15 of them under 45 minutes and 4 less than 30 minutes away!
The space
Nice country setting on 20 acres, away from the crowds of the city, located about an hour and a half from Nashville and Chattanooga, an hour and fifteen minutes from Knoxville. We're about 20 minutes from Sparta or Crossville as well as interstate 40. Grill out overlooking a field with many fruit trees and a greenhouse. Enjoy cooking marshmallows over the fire in the fire pit with your family or friends. You have a small kitchen with all utensils and spices if you want to cook.
NO DOGS PLEASE, it's an incredible amount of work to get the hair removed from the furniture and bedding, plus some people are allergic to animals, so we want to keep our home comfortable for them as well! We take pride in keeping our place very clean for our guests.

We do have Wi-Fi . We have a smart TV, so Netflix along with many other options are available. We have a blue ray player in the living room, and a DVD player in the main bedroom, with quite a few videos available.

I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a very relaxing and comfortable place where you can enjoy beautiful scenery with a lot of near by State parks to visit as well. The family is an added bonus, they are a true blessing. If you get the chance this place is a must if you are looking for a relaxing wonderful vacation spot in Tennessee!!

WOW! I did not realize just how much noise I expose myself to day in and day out. It was so refreshing to spend a day alone at this quiet getaway spot. Then, my friend joined me for another couple of days and we loved sitting around catching up. The host family was wonderful. So friendly and informative. We found a nice Mexican restaurant about 5 miles away and found a Pizzaria in the nearby town. Thank you for opening your home to us!

This was the best spot. We had a great weekend in this area. The house was very clean and had all we needed. The host are so sweet and gave us some corn and squash out of the garden. They are great people!! Would recommend to everyone.

Comfortable bed, spacious yet cozy, lots of little amenities! VERY clean and very thoughtfully decorated, rural but only 15 minutes to everything you need! We had an incredibly relaxing weekend! Hosts were kind and hospitable!
