About this house rental
The 7,000 square foot cabin sits on the banks of the storied Blackfoot river. Whether you enjoy world class fly fishing right out the backdoor or prefer to relax in the hot tub or movie room, this property has something for everyone. The large kitchen and dining room feature modern fixtures, high end appliances and plenty of room to entertain. The bathrooms feature large walk-in showers and unique tubs.
The home features a smart lock for contactless check-in. However, we are available to interact as little or as much as our guests would like. We are passionate about western Montana and happy to share ideas of things to do and see!
Located on the beautiful Blackfoot river, you'll find privacy, peace and plenty of room to relax. Missoula and groceries/shopping are just 14 miles (about 16 minutes) away from the property and the nearest gas station is in Bonner, MT, about 7-10 minutes away.
With smart locks we have a seamless self check-in process. We are available 24 hours a day to answer any questions or handle any issue that may arise. We are happy to interact as much or little as the guest prefers.
This stately riverfront lodge is truly a one-of-a-kind Montana gem. Indoor recreation includes pool table, foosball, movie theatre and a bar. The outdoor space includes private river frontage, hot tub, fire pit and a very large deck with ample outdoor furniture. This is truly a dream space to experience Montana in luxury.

As an added service for our guests, we provide travel cribs and high chairs upon request, free of charge.
Parking: 1 vehicle space in the garage, plenty of parking in the driveway for multiple vehicles.

Such a beautiful property, well appointed and maintained. Thoroughly enjoyed the billiards room, hot tub and floating in the river! Would have loved blankets for sitting outside on chilly mornings.

This is an amazing property for a family get together. The game room, theater, private beach and wooded has something for everyone in the family without having to leave the property. Great fishing, beautiful views and well stocked. We will definitely be back.

After our vacation plans were completely upended by our host in Marion canceling our reservation for “double-booking” 2 days prior to our arrival (Luxurious Lodge Cabin on Private Airstrip), we scrambled to find an equivalent property that could handle our large group.
It was our incredible good fortune to find this property, and the most responsive, congenial hosts we could hope for following such a bad experience. Truly, a situation of all’s well that ends well. This was the right place for us! Beautiful home in an idyllic setting right on the river. One small glitch with the AC (98 degree day) that was IMMEDIATELY addressed by Greg, Colton and the team.
I recommend this property wholeheartedly to any family or large group of friends. Considering returning in wintertime!
