We loved staying at Mar Bay. It is so close to Philippe Park and Downtown Safety Harbour. Great area for safe walking. Our unit, while small, was very clean. Also had a king size bed! While we were there the parking lot was paved and an above ground pool was installed. Constant improvements.
The manager, Kai, was very helpful, friendly and cooperative.
Mar Bay is also very close to the towns of Dunedin (if you are a Jays fan) and Oldsmar. While there we spent an afternoon at Tampa Bay Downs.
Mar Bay is a Hidden gem if location is more important than size.
