This private cottage has everything you need: a fully stocked kitchen, newer stainless appliances (fridge, range, washer/dryer), totally remodeled bathroom with luxurious walk-in shower. Baseboard heating will keep you cozy on chilly nights, while ceiling & portable fans plus 2 window AC units cool the summer heat. Two bedrooms--one with queen bed, one with a double--open off the spacious living room. Kick back on the reclining love seat to watch flat screen TV (cable & wifi included). Additional sleeping space on the spacious porch, with newer queen sofa sleeper, bunk bed for 2, and folding cot for additional sleeping options. Enjoy the breeze on the side porch with its comfortable seating, additional TV, and large table for dining or games. Whether you're grilling on the back deck or enjoying a glass of wine on the porch, you'll get the full TI Park experience! Parking for up to 2 cars.

A lovely cottage with a large wrap around porch, near the river. This was our third year staying and we plan on more. Really enjoyable

We love it here. My family had a cottage on the island. So bringing my kids up to the River and sharing my summer experiences with them is awesome. They love swimming, fishing, gocart driving, and boating. We have relatives in the area to visit and catchup with. Not one rainy day this visit even though we need it. Thanks for everything! See you next year!

Loved staying in T.I. Park. Love the idea of the porch, but it was too cold to enjoy.
A few issues with the rental:
1) Host changed booking from 7 nights to 4 nights just three weeks before travel;
2) Porch roof leaked, soaking our open suitcase (near washer);
3) Photo shows two SETS of bunk beds (4 beds), but there was only one set;
4) Since there weren't enough beds, my 10yo child slept on couch, and woke up with bed bug or flea bites all over her arms, face, torso. Still itching a week later from that one night.
5) Amenities list hot tub, though there is not one
6) Parking is in front of house, but there's no access to the front door and no walkway to the back. Prepare for wet muddy shoes if it's raining.
The bathroom decor is very cute and we appreciated the water bottles in the fridge. We enjoyed playing games together and visiting nearby attractions. The listing and house do need some updates though.
