If you are ready for the ultimate Colorado Springs experience near the heart of Colorado Springs, look no further! This beautiful, 4600 square foot home is nestled against Palmer Park with views of Pikes Peak in a golf course community. Staying here, you are 10 minutes from the Olympic Training Center and downtown, and 15 minutes from Garden of the Gods and the Air Force Academy. The quiet pace of life is perfect for a large family who wants to be under the same roof but not on top of each other.
The main level master features a king sized canopy bed. Wake up to views of Pikes Peak. The luxury 5-piece bathroom has a shower, two sinks, and a soaking tub.
There are two separate outdoor living areas making this the perfect outdoor living home at all times of day. The front deck overlooks Pikes Peak and the Garden of the Gods and comfortably seats 7. It features a retractable awning, a fire pit, water feature, and amazing views. A great place to take in the sunset over Pikes Peak.
The back patio features a waterfall that backs to Palmer Park, a 700 acre park perfect for hiking or mountain biking. There's a table next to the waterfall that seats 8 and a high table that seats two. There are fire features to provide evening warmth and is a great place to enjoy dinner and drinks.
The living room has two couches and a 65 inch TV.
There's a formal dining room that seats 8 and a casual dining table off the kitchen that seats 6.
The downstairs features a movie theater with a 10 foot screen with electric la-z-boy recliners, a pool table, foosball table, and a poker table.
The kitchen is fully remodeled with granite countertops, stainless appliances, and a 28 bottle dual-zone wine fridge. The chef in your family will love entertaining in this open floor plan kitchen that is stocked with essentials for your stay.
While the house has 6 bedrooms, it is currently configured with beds in only 4 of the bedrooms.
