Designed with large groups and dual-family vacations in mind, our townhome blends modern luxury with cozy mountain vibes.
•Kitchen/dining: A chef-ready kitchen flows seamlessly into an open dining area, perfect for post-hike feasts.
•Living rooms: Unwind by the ambient fireplace in the main living room, or head upstairs to the massive family/game room—the ultimate hangout for kids and teens.
•Primary Bedroom: Large bedroom with King bed, smart TV, chaise lounge chair, loveseat, ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet
•2nd bedroom: Queen bed
•3rd bedroom: Large kids bedroom with Queen bed, twin bed, and bunk bed. Children's toys and seating. Chest of drawers
•Primary bathroom: Inside the primary bedroom, has a double vanity and separate shower/toilet room.
•Shared upstairs bathroom: In the hallway upstairs, has a double vanity with a separate door leading into the bath/shower space
•Half bathroom: On the main floor, across from the garage access door.
•Patio: has a patio area with seating and grill off the main floor living room.

✔Self-Check-in: Enjoy easy self-check-in with a personalized code sent one week prior to your arrival. Enter directly via the keypad on the front door. Check-in is after 4 PM, and checkout is by 10 AM.
✔Parking: Garage that fits 2 cars, and parking for up to 2 cars next to the garage.
✔Property Access: Guests have exclusive access to the entire townhom. Please respect the other residents of the neighborhood by keeping noise to a minimum 10pm-8am.
✔Connectivity: Wi-Fi is available throughout the home (network and password will be provided in your pre-arrival message). Cell service is great with most carriers in downtown Victor
✔Emergencies: Your host is available for prompt assistance and typically replies within 20 minutes. For medical emergencies, Teton Valley Hospital is only 8 miles away. A comprehensive printed house manual is also provided inside the townhome for quick reference.

This is a neighborhood of townhomes, so please observe the quiet hours of 10pm-8am. No parking on the side of the street. Please be good neighbors.

This townhouse was in a really nice location, close to restaurants and stores. It was with a nice design, clean and with lots of space for the family to be together or in different rooms. Kitchen and family room downstairs and upstairs had the 3 big bedrooms and two bathrooms, lots of space. It has a nice back yard, a hot tub and a garage for the rental we had. It was like being at home. They have workers around the neighborhood right now, so we just keep the blinds closed. All and all it was a really nice place to stay. Clean, modern and comfortable house!

We’re from Chicago and attended a wedding at the end of July in The Grand Targhee Resort. It is beautiful here enjoyed the scenery with wild flowers in full bloom as well as the laid-back vibe. Sven’s vacation home exceeded our expectations, the property layout worked well for our family with plenty of room for my children and grandchildren (10 of us total). The downstairs is set up for entertaining where the adults hung out and the little ones were not to be seen. The great room upstairs had a huge tv and foosball table. My husband and I were really looking forward to the hot tub as we’re old folks and need some R&R from hiking 2000 feet in 2 hours, but it was broken. Correspondence was sent to me explaining they lost their technician that cared for the hot tub, and I missed it (I am guilty of tossing a lot of what I think is junk before reading). Honestly, they should get rid of the hot tub and expand the seating outdoors as the evenings are temperate. I recommend this property, and would like to say the Sven the owner was always prompt at responding to all my questions!

House was spacious and well organized however some areas had layers of dust (bathrooms vents, baseboards throughout the entire house, AC units in rooms). Fumigation is needed (mouse in kitchen). Garbage can outside was full. Told host and only response received was “thanks for the feedback”. No empathy or apology. Not that I was expecting anything for it but great customer service goes a long way. Great stay if these issues are fixed.
