High end 4 bedroom three level townhome steps from the base of Purgatory resort with majestic views of the Needles mountain range. Ideal location for families who want a home base just steps from the lift and slopes. Three level layout allows groups to spread out with 2 bedrooms upstairs, main bedroom on main 2nd level, and big family room on the 1st level.
The views here will not disappoint. Whether it is watching the alpenglow turn from orange to pink on the Needles range, or the moonrise behind the scraggy peaks, views from this property will move you inside. The unit has a wall of windows that creates a cathedral effect on the mountain views to the East. As a corner unit, it also has southern exposure for sun throughout the day. Views from the back decks of the mountain and slopes complete the spectacular location.
Unique location with easy access to lifts and slopes and amazing views. You can do everything right out the door and never need to use the car again after you arrive if you don't want to. Silverton is a fun day trip and numerous trails and other outdoor options are close by.
