Place is located centrally in GS. We didn't have any issues with noise from any neighbors, just whiffs of pot every morning everyday around 8AM while we had breakfast on the balcony. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and silverware. Plenty of parking the week we stayed. Unit was clean when we arrived. A/C worked very well! All the appliances worked as expected. Good water pressure in the showers. The furniture on the balcony was functional and comfortable.
Lastly, you get this unit for the view, it's everything you'd want in Gulf Shores.

Perfect place. Within walking distance to most everything and great view. Spacious balcony great for just hanging out and taking in the water and breeze.

Taking trash down the elevator and across hot parking lot to dumpster was inconvenient and unpleasant. Door lock froze and could not access from outside. Once new code given and used, the door would no longer lock when leaving room.
