Let me start with the positives.
- The property is very nice and is in a good location.
- The property is very clean and well maintained.
- Although we did not need it, the house comfortably sleeps the number of people they list.
- The house is very well equipped and had anything that we would have needed if there longer.
Negatives:
- Clearly the HOA mortally despises the fact that they have VRBO units in the neighborhood. The contract for this property was the largest I have ever signed. It should have been a warning sign, but being positive did not give it a lot of thought.
- MAKE SURE you carefully read the parking details. The property has VERY limited parking. One of our vehicles was towed even though we registered it. When we picked up the car at the tow lot, we were advised that the same HOA lady calls every Saturday and Sunday to get everyone towed. When we got back and realized where the approved overflow parking is, it is not in a very secure area. None of us were comfortable leaving our cars in that area.
Again...The property is very nice, but if you are going to have a lot of cars it is a horrible option.
