The main floor will offer ample space with a living room, dining room, kitchen and a master bedroom with a king size bed accompanied by a master en-suite bathroom and walk in closet. The 2nd floor offer 1 bedroom with a king size bed and a 2nd bedroom with a queen size bedroom and queen sleeper sofa and an additional secluded bonus room with a queen size bedroom. You will also have access to an oversized loft with a queen sleeper sofa. The basement provides a newly built full bathroom, a 4th bedroom with 2 queen beds and a billiards table and ping pong table along with a media area for entertainment.

The hot tub was good but could have been just a little hotter. The kitchen had everything you needed. We didn’t cook there but it was well equipped. The whole house was very clean and was a very good fit for us. We really enjoyed it.

The house was perfect for us! We had plenty of space, enjoyed the large kitchen, the patio, the hot tub and having fires outside in the evening. The kids loved the pool table and ping pong table. We had a blast! The house was clean, beds comfortable, great appliances and the house was well-stocked with everything we needed. We would come back and stay again!

The house was lovely & the kids enjoyed the hot tub every evening while we sat around the fire. Shopping, kayaking, paddle boarding, bobsledding & curling in Lake Placid; a hike & whitwater raft ride at Ausable Chasm, hiking to the top of Whiteface and a day in Canada - there was something for everyone.

This house was amazing! 4 couples joined together to celebrate my husbands 40th bday!! The guys were in awe of the ski experience at whiteface mountain which was close and an easy drive from the house!
The house was super spacious and equipped with everything! The fireplace is beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub! It snowed twice while we were there and it was perfect! Lake placcid is a short distance away- about 25 minutes and this town looks like something out of a hallmark Christmas movie! So many shops, restaurants, bars! The breakfast club there on the Main Street was incredible- our food was so good- and the mountain views over the lake are amazing! The host of the house was very fast with communicating back if I had a question and was very helpful! Would recommend this house 10/10!!!!! Super clean and although it is a huge house-still had that comfy/ cozy atmosphere!!! Would def return and stay here again!
