Bring the family to La Concha, located at The Commons Complex. This three-bedroom townhome is adorned with modern coastal décor carried throughout. There is a large shared pool, hammocks for relaxing, picnic tables and charcoal grills for outdoor cookouts under the shade of a cabana in the center of the units. Each unit has an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day of playing in the sand. Approximately 0.5 miles to the beach, 0.9 miles to restaurants, shops and nightlife.
The open living area boasts a large, modern couch with a chaise and plush pillows, two matching accent chairs and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with cable and Wi-Fi. The dining area contains a table with seating for 6 consisting of 4 chairs and a bench. Extra seating is available for three at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is equipped with bright cabinets, open shelving, stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, air fryer, dishes, basic cookware, utensils, a pantry and plenty of counter space to accommodate your cooking needs. There is also a half bath under the stairwell and a full-size washer and dryer to serve this floor. Take your coffee out to the patio to sip in the island breeze. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom, which consists of a Queen size bed, nightstands, a closet, a chest and a wall-mounted TV. The en-suite bathroom holds a vanity and a tub/shower combination unit. Kids will love the guest room (BR2) made up of a Twin over Full bunk bed. The second guest bedroom (BR3) is composed of a Queen bed, nightstands, chest, closet and a wall-mounted TV. The guest rooms share a hall bathroom that includes a vanity and tub/shower unit. The Commons at Seashell is a great spot for renting one unit for up to 8 people or multiple units for up to 90 people for family reunions, retreats, and gatherings of friends. The property was clean, an comfortable. It had everything we needed. Community pool was great. An close to the Beach. Contacting property was easy. They stayed in touch most of the stay. I highly recommend for anyone. Thanks for a comfortable get away.

Nice beach get away. 5 min walk to the beach. Order your beach gear before you arrive. Hospitality and service were lacking in Port A this go round.

Wonderful house! Fully equipped, especially kitchen. It had everything on top of standard set: blender, mixer, air fryer. All kinds of bowls, pans (including couple for grill), variety of stuff for baking (also form for muffins) . Even shaker for mixing cocktails!
Bathroom: shampoo, body lotion, makeup remover. Surprisingly even iron for curling hair.
Easy check in, we got the message from property management that house was available 2 hours earlier. We came later, but it’s a great bonus for those who would love to get in before official time.
I highly recommend renting beach chairs and umbrellas. We got some credit from Life in Paradise and had amazing experience. The chairs are super comfortable ( not the one we usually buy at local story), also you can carry it as a backpack.
All in all, we are very happy with our vacation property and will definitely come back!
