INCLUDED IN YOUR RESERVATION:
-We maintain the pool at 70 degrees. If you’d like it warmer, just let us know at least 48 hours before arrival so we can have it ready for you. Pool (85) heat is available for $35/day or $225/week plus tax (minimum 2 consecutive days). Please note the pool system will not operate at full capacity when Air Temp is 50 degrees or cooler. No pool heat refunds will be offered based on weather conditions. Please let us know if you’d like to add heating or if you have any questions!
- Guests are welcome to use the grill during their stay. Please note that propane is not included or provided. Any propane left onsite by previous guests is available for your use, but we cannot guarantee the tank will be full. Let us know if you would like to purchase full propane tanks before your arrival.
- Kid friendly! Complimentary children’s amenities; Pack N Play, stroller, highchair, and safety gate
- We provide free itinerary guides designed by locals for families or adults. You will be able to download them when you book with us.
- Dogs are allowed and must be authorized by the Host. No Cats or other animals. Pet Cleaning & Sanitation Fee added per pet.
Parking Rules:
• All vehicles must be parked in the driveway or garage.
• Street parking is not permitted.
• A maximum of two vehicles may be parked outside the home.
• Vehicles must be fully parked within the driveway or approved marked parking areas.
• Please do not park on the grass, landscaping, sidewalk, or anywhere that blocks the road or pedestrian access.
• The community does not allow commercial vehicles, RVs, campers, trailers, boats, or similar vehicles to be parked outside the home.
• We strongly suggest avoiding bringing a van that does not fit in the driveway and garage to prevent parking issues or risk of towing.
• The HOA enforces these rules, and vehicles in violation may be towed at the owner’s expense, with or without notice.

Very clean and plenty of space for my family. I loved that the bedrooms are upstairs and the family areas are downstairs. The beds were super comfy as well. Lastly, the community pool was perfect and nearly empty every time we visited it.

Property management was great about getting us in earlier. Great location. Close to everything and it avoided the I-4. Walmart in walking distance. Clean inside. Would be great if we had kids. A lot of kids stuff included in house. Back patio and pool was smaller than pictures. Wish it had more comfortable outdoor seating.

Overall, the stay was good, the house was as advertised and well kept inside. The kids enjoyed the putt putt room and their themed rooms.Upon arrival there was a couch blocking the main entrance. It was not very welcoming. That night the property manager had it moved away from the door but it was not communicated to us that a giant couch would be in the front.Another bummer was the pool. It was very dirty upon arrival and this lead to the pool breaking and losing a lot of water. I would recommend asking them prior to arrival to have the pool cleaned. The community pool area was very nice and fun to use.
