Prepare tasty New England meals in the kitchen, appointed with an array of helpful gadgets. You’ll also find a convenient starter supply of dish soap and paper towels.
Start your day with morning coffee around the table for four in the breakfast nook. The dining table in the sunroom comfortably seats six to harbor-view meals.

This two-story home sleeps eight guests in five bedrooms.
Find quiet privacy in the primary suite, outfitted with a queen-size bed.
The second and third bedrooms are each furnished with a full-size bed. The fourth bedroom features two twin-size beds and lovely harbor views, while the fifth bedroom has a twin-size bed.
The bathroom includes a tub/shower combination and a starter supply of toiletries.

Located directly on the beach, listen to the gentle waves right in your own backyard. Play in the sand, splash in the surf, or cast a fishing line.

Things to Know: No open flames or candles of any kind in the house or on the property. There are no bonfires or grills allowed on Oak Bluffs, per bylaws of Oaks Bluff and Dukes County!
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Loved the well appointed space considering it is a small home. Especially the enclosed porch to enjoy board games, family dinners or wine time in the evening looking out over the water. It was clean and had all the necessary items in the kitchen to prepare meals. The location between Oaks Bluff and Vineland Haven was also perfect.
