There are 3 bedrooms (2 king, 1 queen). There is also a den/game room with a futon couch and plenty of room for a rollaway and/or inflatable bed (provided).There is a billiard room and TV room.

This house was a perfect fit for my husband and I and our adult children. It had plenty of room and was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. The pool table and hot tub were our family favorites! Communication with the homeowner was top notch and checking in was flawless. The back patio is a perfect area for entertaining and was kept up nice and neat! I highly recommend this property!

Great location and house with a lot of space! We had a great Christmas vacation stay at this place. It was even decorated for Christmas! Loved having a pool table and game options. The golf course view was amazing! The electrical switches were somewhat confusing but overall we enjoyed our stay!

The property was great. It is located on the 16th hole of the desert foothills golf course.
The shopping center is a few miles away. Restaurants are close, they range from bar food to Chicago pizza, and Asian.
One of the best features was a trailhead 5 miles from the house. It was a 35-minute hike to the top.
Great place to enjoy the winter
