Our stay at Applebrook was wonderful. We had 15 people (10 adults and 5 kids ages 8-1). We rented it because it is only a 3 minute ride to Santa’s Village. It was very comfortable and more than enough room for us.The kitchen, dining area and living room are all huge. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area.

We are a group of seven couples and it is an annual tradition to rent a home in October to get away and enjoy the foliage. This is by far one of the best homes we have stayed at!! Five rooms had their own private bath and 2 couples had to share a bathroom.
The dining room had seating for 24 people. The views of the mountains and the foliage were spectacular!! Large windows in the living room & sunroom area and the sun shines right in!
Big fire pit out back with benches and chairs. A nice deck with a patio table also out back. I would recommend this to any large group!
