The Jack Pines room is perfect for a couples weekend getaway. You will find peace and tranquility next to the lake. Included with the room is a Pontoon paddle boat, Kayaks, Canoe and more. We will supply the firewood for your evening fire over looking the lake. The Jack Pines room is set up for you to only bring your personals with a fully stocked kitchen in the unit. Short driving distance to towns including Marquette, Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, hiking and waterfalls.

My wife and I loved the stay!! Though it's 12 miles out of town, it's not hard to get out and go anywhere in the area. The lake was beautiful, we had great weather, a VERY clean room! We had a fire pit, both wood or propane and access to a gas grill. I recommend the stay, either just sit around and relax, or to use it as a base camp to explore the area! THE only problem, and it was not at all the fault of the hosts, we lost power for about 8 hours due to a traffic accident in town. Jerry offered to put us up in a hotel for the night. We stayed, then he rounded up a lantern and 5 gallons of fresh water for us if needed. We just sat out by the lake near the fire and watched the sun go down and enjoyed the evening! Power came back around 3:30 am.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights, and the trip started out rough because, and i cannot stress this enough, read Terrys email about booking because one road in is literally 17 miles of really bad road, but theres another way there thats much better. I didnt read the email and wish i had. But once we got there, our stay was paradise!! Nestled on a cute little lake with all the amenities you could ask for at a cabin. We took a paddle pontoon out around the lake, played bags, went for walks and just took in all the beauty out there. Terry was an amazing host, even when we needed a cheese shredder and a plug in block at 930 he brought them right over. Will most definitelu be back, this place is incredible!! Thanka a million Terry!!!

My wife and I were very happy with our stay at Jack Pines resort. The owner was very welcoming and generous during our stay. The area surrounding the lake was very nice and we loved taking out the paddle boat! Highly recommended!
