Experience the historic charm, attention to detail, and modern touches with updated fixtures, new appliances, shiplap interior and heart-of-pine floors. Nestled near the gardens of an 1890's home currently undergoing complete renovation, The Cottage is a short walk to downtown and area parks.

My husband and I stayed here while in town for a wedding and had a GREAT stay!! The cottage was very clean, the perfect size for the two of us, and had everything we needed. It was also close to everything in town. The communication from the host was great and very helpful!

We had a perfect stay in Summerville! After a long day of driving, it was such a relief to park the car and walk right into downtown for dinner. The home was spotless and truly felt like a 'home away from home' with every convenience we could need—we especially loved having the choice between a Keurig and a standard coffee pot! Tim was an excellent host; he sent clear check-in directions ahead of time and was incredibly quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely stay here again!
