Pros: View-amazing. Balcony-amazing. Location-perfect. Beds-comfy. Bathrooms- clean. Cons: Beds-thin blankets, BYO blankets. Indoor pool-wouldn’t know because it was closed our ENTIRE stay (one of main reasons for booking this location). It rained/stormed for 2.5 days of our stay so that would’ve been the perfect amenity to have. Had to contact host about no shower liner in 2nd bath. Semi broken ceiling fan in main bedroom and ceiling fan in living room wouldn't work. Toilets aren’t bolted down-hold on tight. Communication with host-delayed. TVs-no remote for 2nd bdrm and would not connect to internet (was offered remote on last full day) Living room furniture NEEDS to be cleaned. Other than these few inconveniences, we really enjoyed our stay overall.

The condo was just as described in the listing and very clean when we arrived. The layout was great for 4 adults and 4 kids. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking but short on plates and forks for 8 people. The beds were comfortable but the blankets are very thin and we didn’t find any extra blankets for the fold out couch. There were plenty of towels and starter supplies. The condo was spacious and well furnished. We would definitely book again.

Nicely decorated condo. Family had fun and nice weather. Everything was clean but all 3 beds did not have any bedding on them besides something lighter than a quilt. Need to purchase some comforters for each bed. The top shelf in the fridge on the left was broken and wouldn’t hold much, it would just fall. Also the security guards take their jobs way too seriously. They stopped my husband while pulling into the parking lot, and told him to slow down even though he wasn’t going to fast. We couldn’t get any of the lamps to work or the tvs wouldn’t work in the bedrooms. The elevators were very iffy, and did not work half the time. Half of the outlets were not working in the condo either. Love orange beach but honestly wouldn’t stay here again.
