Good a/c. Good amount of supplies in house. Had a small problem with bugs. Host was very quick about taking care of this. Washer and dryer worked great. Water pressure was low. Toilet handle had to be held down to flush, shower ran out of hot water fast unless you used the small shower wand with light water flow. Lots of coolers to use for beach days. Bed was comfortable. Nice cozy layout at a reasonable price. If you wanna enjoy the Everglades and do some fishing this place is well situated to accommodate it.

The rental is perfect for 2 people. Very clean and functional. If the occasion should arise to return to the area, we'll look to rent again.
