Inside, you can take in the view from the long corner couch while enjoying central air conditioning. The elegant dining area and full kitchen are directly connected, adding to the laid-back-atmosphere. Each bedroom features a ceiling fan, and the built-in bunk beds will provide plenty of room for younger guests to relax. All guests of this condo can enjoy access to Gulf views, two lagoon-style pools (one with seasonal heating), tennis courts, fitness facilities, and over nine acres of lush grounds to enjoy during their stay. The private washer/dryer will take on your swimsuits at the end of the day while you relax and take in the view.

BUILDING CONSTRUCTION: Starting September 1, 2025 - April 29, 2026, the balconies will be undergoing renovations.
The project will be phased out in the four buildings. During the course of painting/repairs, there will be construction noise and inaccessibility to parts of the building and balcony. Construction will be scheduled 6 days a week. There could be weather delays during construction.

The overall experience at the condo was great. Access to the beach and pool are great. Absolutely loved having a parking pass under the building.

This condo is right across the street to the beach. It has 2 pools, discounts for rental of golf cart , and convenient to all you could want to do. We rented a car at airport but only used it to get to the property and to get back to airport. This condo is in great condition! Beds are super comfortable and the curtains make the room dark , don’t think I have slept so good in a long time. We will definitely stay here again so awesome!!
