About this apartment rental
Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. We are located minutes from the beach, Wynwood, Design District, Midtown and Downtown. Rockmoorvilla studio 1 has all the amenities you need to feel right at home. We have high speed wifi, gated parking a court yard, and charming decor. You will feel right at home with us. This is a great place if you are thinking of short trips or extended stay. Our full kitchen makes living easy. We are also located to many awesome foodie spots!
If you are looking to explore and like to have some recommendations from locals we will be more than happy to assist you! If you want to be left alone then we are fine with that as well!
Quiet neighborhood next to an elementary school. Down the street there is the Haitian Cultural center with lots of shops and places to eat. The building is between to streets that can take you directly to all the must see places in Miami. Miami Avenue takes you into the heart of Downtown Miami and NE 2nd Ave takes you through, Buena Vista, Design District, Midtown, Wynwood and Brickell. Also 10 minutes from South Beach!
The studio is between to important Avenues that can take you directly to all the must see places in Miami. Miami Avenue takes you into the heart of Downtown Miami and NE 2nd Ave takes you through, Buena Vista, Design District, Midtown, Wynwood and Brickell and Miami beach. *(Rental car or uber is the best way to get around in Miami in general!) Gated parking is limited to 4-5 spaces and it is first come first serve. There is additional free street side parking as well.

The location is perfect if you’re looking for a reasonable price all while getting a clean and tidy place. Super convenient if you’re planning to go out in wynwood/brickell. Would definitely recommend!

After all the stress of getting to Miami, it was so nice to be able to rest and relax in this great studio. It was exactly what we needed. Looking forward to coming back and staying longer :)

Everything was exactly how it was pictured, the full apartment was great for a long stay. The tea kettle, coffee maker, fridge, spices, oils, pots pans and dishes were so great to have as well. The bathroom soaps and towels were a nice touch, however i would say the shower liner and shower mat could have been changed out, they were a bit old and dirty.
Location was easy to explore all parts of Miami! We were about 15 mins from so many things! It is a bit noisy during the day but you don't hear much other than doors in the building opening and closing after 10pm.
The people who stay in the building are renters, and they're all very nice! We weren't bothered at all, and they were helpful with doors when needed. The cleaning lady was also helpful and pleasant.
The parking situation is a bit tight getting through the gate, and there is minimal spots, only 4, so if you have a larger vehicle, you have to imrovise on where to park. Also, other guests were not locking the gate, which was annoying.
Overall, I'd stay here again! We got to see so much in the area and jt was great. 9/10 reccomend!

It's a perfect place to a short trip, the location is not the best, but the room is perfect and clean. The neighbor is a bit loud but it's calm after 10pm.
