It's a straight, easy 5 minute walk to the beach as well as many restaurants and shops. With 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths, the whole family will have plenty of space to relax. 2 large covered decks with seating means rain or shine, you will be enjoying the fresh ocean air everyday! A leisurely dip in the hot tub will top off your day at the beach. Rent some kayaks paddle to the sound via Mill Creek behind the house!

Came down to fish for a few days with some friends, house was perfect for 4 adults with each getting their own queen bed. Host was always quick to respond. Kitchen had everything we needed, great location, home was clean and everything worked great. Only things I would suggest would be an extra key in the lock box, maybe some lights under the house and on the stairs outside to go up, and trimming the 2 trees entering the drive way, a few limbs caught the rods a few times backing out in the dark.

Great place to stay for 4 guys on a fishing trip. Beds were very comfortable and the hot tub was great after long days of fishing.

We had an amazing stay. Everything was exactly like the pictures except there was a larger table for dining. I thought everything was wonderful. The town of Avon was fantastic. The beach was a short walk. My children all enjoyed kayaking in the provided kayaks. I have stayed in many rentals and I have never had such a well stocked kitchen. You will not need to bring anything with you for cooking. The host was very communicative and gave me extra details on local places to eat. We would love to come back and stay again. I highly recommend this place!
