Loved the house and location, it really is a great property. But there were serious maintenance issues, including the refrigerator not working well, and some of our food spoiled and had to be thrown away. Surf or Sound came to the property and found that the fan motor was not functional, but it was never fixed during our two week stay. The stove / oven was not functional for three days because they had not filled the propane tank. There were dozens of nails and screws on the ground around the property from a recent deck renewal, which luckily did not end up in our tires or our feet. One of the two indoor showers barely worked because the switch valve was defective and needs to be replaced. The kitchen faucet barely works. And several other things that just need to be corrected. So overall great property, but it needs to be better maintained!!
