Enjoy the peacefulness of El Cortez on Mustang Island, just three miles south of Port Aransas. This two-bedroom second-floor condo is nestled within the tropical landscape and offers all of the amenities of home. The open living room is made up of a large modern sectional with plush pillows which converts into a sleeper sofa, two matching armchairs, a TV and a sliding glass door to the balcony. The full kitchen is equipped with all things needed to prepare a meal with Corian countertops, crisp white cabinets and stainless steel appliances, both a regular drip coffee maker and Keurig, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils. Sit down for meals at the high-top dining table with seating for four and three additional stools at the breakfast bar. The master bedroom (BR1) contains a King bed, nightstands, closet and a TV. The ensuite bathroom holds a vanity and a tiled shower. The guest bedroom (BR2) is made up of two Queen beds, nightstands and a TV. The ensuite bathroom consists of a vanity and a tub/ shower unit and a full-size washer and dryer for your use during your stay. Take in the ocean breeze while sitting out on the balcony with your morning coffee or cold beverage. This complex offers a new golf cart accessible boardwalk to the beach. After a day of fun at the beach, cool off in the shared pool, or grill up snacks and dinner on the shared grills. An awesome property to stay at within walking distance to the beach. The property was spacious and had everything that was needed.

And very clean, very comfy beds, had lots of like cups inside plenty of stuff in the kitchen, short, walk to the beach… port a creamery best cart rental. Beach rentals were delivered to us. Pizza place at cinnamon shores is amazing, and is awesome for food sensitivities.
