Located in the Foxhall section of the beautiful, gated community inside Palmetto Dunes, 652 Queen's Grant stands out from the crowd. This one level, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa features brand new furnishings and beach décor throughout.
As guests enter the villa, they are greeted with an open concept floor plan, beautiful hardwood floors, and light gray walls. The fully equipped kitchen, with its granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, opens directly into the living room. There are four chairs at the breakfast bar. Also, in the kitchen, is a Whirlpool front-loading washer and dryer. The adjacent dining room has a wood table that seats six and a small built-in wine fridge on the wall. The living room features an exposed beam high ceiling, two ceiling fans, a gray sofa, three accent chairs, a small desk, and a 65” Roku TV. The sliding door opens to a backyard patio where there is a patio loveseat, two chairs, and a gas grill. The back patio offers serene views of the lush landscaping and golf course. The brand-new seating area is the perfect spot to enjoy an al-fresco dinner or a nice glass of wine.
To the left, as you enter, are the two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king size bed, 32” TV, his and hers closets, and access to the patio. The en-suite bathroom has a single granite vanity and a tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom has two double beds, a 32” TV, and access to the hall bathroom. The hall bathroom has a single granite vanity and a walk-in shower.
Queens Grant has on-site pools that are open from April-September. Palmetto Dunes is one of the premiere areas of Hilton Head Island and has three miles of beach, three signature golf courses, world-renowned tennis, and an 11-mile lagoon system where guests can kayak, canoe and fish. There are miles of leisure paths that weave throughout the resort that are great for walking, jogging, and biking. Plus, Shelter Cove Marina on Broad Creek is close by where you will find live entertainment, restaurants, and shops.

AN UNBELIEVABLE condo to stay in for our 4 night vacation. We were amazed at this place. The owner has updated everything in it. He has really nice furniture. It's all in excellent taste.. The quality is the best. The bed mattresses are very good. The kitchen is excellent. Owner has purchased good quality in everything pots and pans, eating utensils, glassware, China, knives, etc. I do a lot of cooking so I am super appreciative of all the wonderful kitchen supplies in his place..Everything was NEATLY STOCKED ON THE SHELVES TOO!! It made things easy to find.. Beach Properties is a good company to rent from too. They were helpful and organized. They called me to make sure we had picked up our island packet and parking pass.
The location is perfect. You can walk to the general store, the bike shop, the beach, and the golf course, and Alexander's restaurant. The condo is one level which we really liked. My husband and I would definitely stay here again. I love the furnishings and the cozy warm atmosphere here. By the way weather was sunny and perfect every day. We are blessed!!!
