The perfect retreat for families or a group of friends, this 12th-floor resort condo is waiting to provide you and your guests with days (and nights) of fun and relaxation. You’ll love spending time on your private, furnished balcony taking in the fresh air and magnificent view of the Gulf of Mexico. The well-equipped, full kitchen is stocked with all the appliances, cookware, and dishes you’ll need to enjoy crafting meals in the comfort of your vacation home, with lots of counter space to make life a little easier. At the end of each sun-filled beach day, kick back in the living area and watch your favorite shows on the large, flatscreen TV while the overhead ceiling fan and central air conditioning keep you cool and comfortable. And on-site, take advantage of a number of shared amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, fitness room, and even a tennis court!
Things to Know
Pool passes and wristbands are included in your reservation.
Bookings will be charged $40.00 per registration plus the credit card transaction fee in GuestSVCS. Cancellations will result in a credit card fee of 2.99% of the transaction amount, plus $.30. This fee is nonrefundable.
Armbands will be in the vacation rental upon arrival. Please leave them here when departing. Guests will be charged $50 for each missing armband.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Very nice place, all room is very clean, fit for my family, beautiful ocean view, 12th floor is not too high and not too low, it’s perfect to me.

The condo was good and had everything we needed. My only issue is with Majestic Towers. We have stayed here multiple times and the pool security is too strict. No drinks any where near the pool and got checked for our wrist bands sometimes 4 times a day. Felt like elementary school kids.

Everything was great at the condo. Beautiful.
view of the gulf from balcony. Only thing i would change is bigger washer and dryer and more towels. Our friends trip at this condo was a great getaway and evrything we expected. We didnt get to enjoy the ocean as much as we liked due to jellyfish and no warning flags out
