New home with screened front and back porches on a quiet street. Less than one mile to downtown Port St Joe with restaurants and bars. Less than one mile to small beach on the bay. Less than one mile to public boat ramp. Great fishing.
Property is located on the beautiful Forgotten Coast.
Short drive to historic Apalachicola, Mexico Beach.

Very clean new home. Close to down town. House on quiet dead end street. Loved going to the many beaches in area. Julie (OWNER) is very nice. We enjoyed our stay here.
