Enjoy stunning views of the Rock River from this spacious loft sitting atop a historic brick Italianate-style building erected in 1865. Located in the heart of downtown Janesville, there are endless locally-owned shops and restaurants within walking distance- including Genisa Wine Bar, an Italian-inspired bar and restaurant just downstairs on the first floor (with free delivery!) Although the building is more than 150 years old, it's filled with modern luxuries. All bathroom fixtures are the latest available from Kohler, including a smart toilet and a high-pressure rainfall showerhead. All appliances are from Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove, including a 24-bottle wine chiller. The living room and both bedrooms feature large smart TVs, and the entire space is filled with contemporary decor. Please note this property is not handicap accessible. We were in town for my mother’s funeral and staying here made it so much more comfortable and relaxing than the hotel options. The loft is beautiful and everything is high quality, clean, and comfortable. The location is great with options for food, coffee, and drinks. It was quiet most evenings but picked up a bit on Thursday night. The building is very soundproof so it worked. The only negative were the ceiling fans were not working. Thank you for creating this fun and beautiful space in Janesville - it is needed!

The loft is beautiful and in a perfect location! We were in town for a family wedding and the loft made a special weekend even more special! The master bath is amazing and will be the reason for a bathroom remodel at home!
