Place looked nice and the host responded well. A couple issues, the dryer needs updating it took 4 dry cycles and hang drying to get our clothes dry. The kitchen needs an actual straight knife for cooking, not only serrated. Also the cutting board is super old plastic so pieces were almost coming off in food

The location and view are 5 Star. We loved our time there! Overall it’s a 3 Star property because it badly needs to be updated. Sofa sinks down in a hole like sitting on the floor. Needs small modern bedside tables, new enlarged TV and inexpensive beach pictures and decor. Large balcony is wonderful but only has small wicker table and chairs. It needs 2 rockers or comfortable outdoor chairs to fully enjoy.
