Spend nights around 1 of 3 fire pits or in your private outdoor theater with surround sound and personal app access. Rainy day? The game room offers a pool table, poker table, ping pong, movie space, and a pinball machine worth waiting for. And on the days you seek adventure off site - nearby Point Sebago Golf Course has been hailed as one of the finest in Maine, avid and beginner golfers alike will appreciate the stunning 500 acres hosting the par 72 course - a trip to neighboring Frye Island will quench the thirst for lobster, boating, and views - and the small nearby towns of Windham and Naples offer local shops, restaurants, and activities for any season. This was a family reunion. We had 10 people (5 children under age of 15) housed in both the main and screen facilities. The home is well furnished and equipped. An awesome time was had by all. This was a fantastic place. So glad we found it, and stayed there.

It was our 3rd time staying at this property. Everything was excellent as was the previous years. The house was clean, the beds comfortable, plenty of towels, kitchen well equipped, and Ryan, the property manager, was responsive and in good communication with us. We enjoy the clean water of Lake Sebago, and the neighbors are very friendly as well. One grandchild learned to swim here and our newest grandchild learned to walk here this summer. I highly recommend this lake house!

We loved our stay! So much to do on the property for every age! Rented a pontoon boat from good hue for a few days and it was heaven! Fished in the kayaks, caught some good sized small mouth! Ryan the property manager was very responsive and awesome! Sad to leave but can’t wait to come back!!!

Had a great time at this property with my extended family. Very comfortable house and especially enjoyed the smaller house by the lake. Plenty of kayaks, paddleboards and toys to use at the sandy beachfront and a fun game room in the basement. Only issue with the game room was the pinball machine was broken.
Kitchen fully stocked and great yard. We would love to come back again.
