Don’t miss out on this gorgeous new condo. This is a beautiful 2 bedroom and 2 full bathroom + a den/office condominium, located in the Playa Royale community. It will provide everything needed for an unforgettable getaway for you and your friends and family to relax and have a blast.
The exquisite Playa Royale development is located on the stunning Banderas Bay on the longest stretch of the beach in Nuevo Vallarta. Not only will you get captivating views of the ocean, but you will also have access to 20 km of a spectacular beach on the Pacific Shoreline. The Playa Royale community includes a pool, hot tub, and a children's pool with slides.
Relax in the massive balcony with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine and soak up the sun and indulge in the view gorgeous sunset. You can take a 5 minute shuttle ride to the PGA Rated Championship El Tigre Golf Course to enjoy 18 holes of golf or practice in the driving range.

A shuttle bus runs every 30 min between the different properties in Paradise Village, the larger community, for your convenience and pleasure. Very nice accommodation, well appointed. Good view, lovely resort atmosphere. I would have granted a higher score, but too many things needed repair; phone, dishwasher, icemaker, 4 closets, shower door. The den would work better as a bedroom with chest of drawers. we were a group of 4 older women and very much enjoyed out stay. With only 11 nights, we were not allowed to use only the back row of palapas on the beach.

We had a great stay. We loved sitting on the spacious balcony having breakfast in the morning watching for the resident iguanas. The staff worked constantly and everything was nice and clean around the resort. The only thing I would request is a new nonstick pan. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Hopefully we can return next year.

Its a lovely new place however it was nominally appointed with the things it should have. Owners filled in with some items but seems it will take a bit of time for it to get properly in order
