Wonderful Waco 1930's cottage completely restored just blocks from The Silos and Baylor. The location is ideal for Baylor games and events or visiting the Silos and all Waco has to offer. The cottage is comfortably furnished with antiques, a spa-like bath with a deep copper Japanese soaking tub, and Kitchen-Aid and Nespresso appliances. This home is adorable, functional, and homey. This is the cutest little home to stay at in Waco. It is very clean and well stocked for a nice stay. We would absolutely stay again if in this area. It's blocks from Magnolia Market.

Easy to find, clean, very handy to the silo’s Loved that there was washer/dryer available. We recommended the owner fix the heating and cooling unit in the front room of the house as it was very noisy, they responded that the matter would be corrected.

It worked for a place to stay, but needs improvement on climate control and front door screen replaced. The climate control debices are very noisey and makes sleep difficult. Otherwise inside done nicely but too crammed with furniture
