Tucked away in an idyllic, wooded enclave, this home boasts a den, kitchen, and open-air porch downstairs, as well as an upstairs living, kitchen, and screened balcony. Sip morning coffee on the porch while enjoying the songs of cardinals from nearby branches, or take the stone steps down to the picnic area where you'll find a picnic table, gas grill, and a sitting and if you're lucky, you may even get a chance to see deer and other wildlife passing by.
The home is outfitted with modern essentials, including free WiFi, central heating and air-conditioning throughout, and a private washer/dryer. The full kitchen comes ready and equipped for family-style meals, and these can be shared in the formal dining area. A second kitchenette and attached dining nook for four expand the culinary options and provide additional seating. Entertainment options include TV and Roku on both floors. Four bedrooms and two bathrooms are divided between the home's two-story layout.
Guests of this home will also enjoy access to community amenities, including a shared pool and tennis courts, at nearby Outdoor Center on Memory Lane.

This house was great for our family! There was so much space, the rooms were all well set up, and it was convenient to everywhere. The WIFI was strong enough to work and stream shows. I wish this house could be other places we visited, because we would definitely stay again.

We loved walking to the lake, pool, and nearby crepe shop! There was enough room for all 5 of us to have our own space, which we really appreciated. Great spot!

This rental is extremely close to Stuart Auditorium, but be aware that it is directly uphill and may make muscles sore with continuous trekking. With plenty of space, this house can accommodate multiple generations within a family. The dual kitchens, with one on each level, ensures that you will find the kitchen gadget you need. I have found that Vacasa is not a through company with their cleaning, but I don’t mind sweeping out the mess of others. This is an excellent location, with chipmunks in the backyard to greet you each morning.
